Tender Coconut Ice cream is very creamy and rich in flavor. A sweet treat that any coconut lover would enjoy. This ice cream is Eggless and very very delicious.
It reminds me of Natural Ice cream Parlor, famous Indian Ice cream parlor chain. This tastes exactly like Naturals Tender Coconut Ice cream.
You will need very few ingredients to make this ice cream. The best thing about this ice cream is you don’t need any ice cream maker or no cooking is required.
The only thing you have to do is, mix all the ingredients in a big mixing bowl and freeze it, That’s it!!!!!

Hi Rachana Shah!!! Thanks for visiting cookingcarnival.com and trying this recipe. Sorry to hear that your Ice cream didn’t freeze well.
Its proven recipe and tried by many without any problems. Honestly its hard to think of any reason why it took so long to set but my best guess is – whipping might not have done until stiff peaks. You would have checked freezer temperature already but i would recommend to check it once again.
All i can say is, try to make it again and i am sure you wont be disappointed.

How long can we keep this in fridge? Did you add fresh coconut milk or used coconut powder to make milk?
Dhwani Mehta says
Hi Sanu!!! Thank you for visiting http://www.cookingcarnival.com. 🙂
Keep it for at least 6 hours in the freezer. I used fresh coconut milk (Readily available in the store) to make this ice cream.
