Paneer And Potato Tortilla wrap is a delicious and healthy alternative to standard sandwiches. They are also neat and compact, making them perfect to pack for a lunch in the office, picnic, school lunch box or a healthy lunch on the go.

These are very tasty and easy. You can slice them smaller and they make wonderful party appetizers.

How to make Paneer And Potato Tortilla wrap?

For Patty

1. Wash Poha Properly in a colander. keep it aside.

2.. Mix all the ingredient and Make 6 equal size, oval-shaped patty. Keep it aside.

For Batter

23 Mix all the ingredients. Add water and make a batter, not too thin not too thick. Keep it aside.

For salad

4. Mix bell pepper, onion, salt and lemon juice in a bowl. Keep it aside.

For Sauce

5. Mix mayonnaise, sweet and chili sauce and schezwan sauce in a bowl. Keep it aside.

Frying Patty

6. Heat oil in a pan for frying.

7. Take prepared patty. Deep it into the batter and then coat it with bread crumbs.

8. Deep Fry the patty into the medium hot oil until lightly golden brown in color. Take them out into the absorbent paper. Keep them aside. (you may shallow fry the patty too)

Lets assemble

9. Take flour tortilla. Apply spoon full of prepared sauce all over the tortilla.

10. Place lettuce leaves, patty, and some salad. Sprinkle some chaat masala, some lemon juice, some chopped green chilies, and cheese.

11. Fold the tortilla from the bottom and from the sides too.

12. Place it on to the Panini maker or on Tava. Grill or cook it from both the sides until golden brown in color.

Ingredients

For the Patty

  • Boiled and mashed potatoes - 1 cups
  • Grated paneer - ½ cup
  • Thick beaten rice flakes - ½ cup
  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder - ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
  • Dried mango powder(Amchur powder- 1 tsp
  • Coriander and cumin powder - 1 tsp

For salad

  • Thinly sliced Length wise Bell peppers - 1 cup
  • Thinly sliced lengthwise Onion - ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

For Batter

  • Cornmeal (Yellow Corn flou- 1 cup
  • Corn flour - ½ cup
  • Salt to taste

For sauce

  • Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
  • Sweet and chili sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Schezwan sauce - 2 tbsp

Other ingredients

  • Bread crumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • Tortilla - 6
  • Chaat masala
  • Lemon juice
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Chopped green chilies
  • Cheese

Instructions
