Apart from cauliflower and potato, ginger, garlic, onion, tomato, coconut milk is also added. And coconut milk is the hero. Please don’t skip coconut milk while making this recipe. You can use heavy cream, but try at least once with coconut milk. It gives nice aroma, creamy texture and taste.

Awesome Dhwanijji. This new feature of getting notified on WhatsApp is great and very easy to watch. Just one suggestion, the instruction text is not clear, either you need to change the colour or increase the font. Is it possible to slow down the speed a bit. Otherwise it is a great initiative.

      Hello Aparnaji,

Thank you very for much for recognizing WhatsApp NewsLetter initiative and glad to know that you found it very useful.

Assuming the suggestion is about speed of Video content. We try to keep video as small as possible for various reasons….
      1) We think that long videos makes visitor bore
      2) Video are made to show overall idea about what all it would take to reach yummy outcome

Its difficult to give lots of description on Video, hence ingredient measurements as well as written recipe is available above Or below Video post on the recipe page. We will certainly try to accommodate your suggestion to show clear and more readable text for future videos.

Thank you for your interest. Happy cooking!!
