Chawli Ki Sabzi

Today I am sharing an easy recipe of a Gujarati style Chawli Sabzi / Choli Nu Shaak(Called in Gujarati). The spices used in this recipe are very basics and found in every Indian Household pantry. This sabzi goes very well with Roti and Plain Paratha.

Chawli Ki Sabzi

This sabzi is my sons favorite sabzi. Chawli / Long beans are comparatively less popular among other beans. Long beans is mainly summer vegetable but now very easily available through out the year. Like all other beans, long beans also have numerous health benefits. it has very good amount of fiber.
