This is an easy Vegetarian / Vegan recipe with an Orange glaze. It’s got a Orange glaze made from Soy Sauce, rice vinegar, fresh ginger and garlic, Sriracha sauce and Orange juice. Its saucy, sweet, savory, spicy, soft crunchy, healthy, filling…. basically a delicious melody of taste and texture that makes for one spectacular Orange Tofu Broccoli recipe. This recipe is so so easy to make and ready in 15 mins. how cool is that!!
I have used Broccoli with tofu. But you may use any veggie of your choice. Snow peas, bell pepper and Mushroom would go well. I have used Indian Ching’s brand Dark soy sauce. That’s why the color of the sauce is dark and not orange. If you want orange color use light soy sauce. This Orange Broccoli Tofu can be Served with white rice or brown rice.
