Hello there!! How are you all?? Busy in Diwali prep, right!! I know I am, too.

Living in Arizona means waiting for cooler weather. We welcome the end of the hot, hazy days of summer with open arms and look forward to fall and winter each year. I love fall but with so many things to do this time of the year – Halloween, prep for Christmas, Thanksgiving, Diwali (Indian festival) – I sometimes don’t have the energy to keep up with it all! With the holiday festivities coming up quick, our bodies are about to start working overtime. We need to make sure we’re keeping ourselves fresh.

Pomegranate Ginger Refresher

You know how I keep myself feeling my best during this time of the year? I make various types of fruit drinks with my secret ingredient Emergen-C®, to feel good each day and get vitamins and minerals for immune support.* I have always been a fan of Emergen-C®. I used Emergen-C® Super Orange to make this refreshing vitamin drink – Pomegranate Ginger Refresher. The flavor of  Emergen-C® Super Orange pairs perfectly with pomegranate and ginger.

Pomegranate Ginger Refresher

Coming back to the recipe, Pomegranate Ginger Refresher is very refreshing vitamin drink. You will need very few Ingredients to make this vitamin drink. I have used store bought pomegranate juice to make this vitamin drink. You may use fresh juice, too. Take pomegranate seeds in a blender jar, add some water and blend it.  Strain the mixture (if you wish to) and use it to make this vitamin drink.
