Chaat is a popular Indian savory snack which is available in several variations. It is spicy, tangy and sweet. It is a popular street food in India. Today, I have prepared Chhole Samosa Chaat.

Chhole Samosa Chaat is served by adding Chhole, Sweet chutney, Mint and Coriander Chutney, Garlic Chutney, Sweet yogurt and sev over Samosa. This chaat is very filling. perfect for a potluck party or birthday parties.

How to make Chhole Samosa Chaat?

1. Heat oil in a pan. Add boiled chole. Season it with salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and cumin, and coriander powder.

2. Add 2 cups of water and mix them very well. Cook it for 5 – 6 minutes over medium heat.

3. Now let’s assemble them.

4. Take Samosa in a serving bowl. Make it into 4 pieces. Pour Chhole ragda over samosa. Add sweet chutney, coriander chutney, garlic chutney, curd, sev, and onion. Add chutneys according to your taste.

Ingredients

  • Samosa - 6
  • Sweet chutney - 1 cup
  • Mint and coriander chutney - ½ cup
  • Finely chopped onion - 1 cup
  • Beaten and sweeten curd - 1 cup
  • Garlic chutney - ¼ cup
  • Sev - 1 cup
  • Boiled Chhole / chickpea / Garbanzo Beans - 2 cup
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder - 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Pinch of Turmeric powder
  • Garam masala - ¼ tsp
  • Cumin and coriander powder - 1 tsp
