I have just tried for the first time and cooked this. My wife is away so I tried this recipe and it turned out great. I cooked it in a normal pan and not the Pressure cooker- Do not like using PC . My son and his wife loved it too. Will cook again for sure.

I was looking for a 5 star recipe for bengan Bateta raveya Gujarati style. I was very pleased so was my wife to prepare this and enjoy eating with chap patty prepared by my wife
